Revenue rose 11.5% quarter‑on‑quarter to ₹2,908 crore from ₹2,607 crore, while EBITDA accelerated 44.7% to ₹421 crore, reflecting tighter cost control and higher generation volumes.
Power sales hit a record 5,593 million units, a 26% jump year‑on‑year; Meenakshi Energy contributed 111% growth and Jharsuguda surged 187%. Plant availability hit 98%, underpinning the sales surge and bolstering the EBITDA expansion.

Looking ahead, Vedanta Power will report its Q3 FY27 results on November 30; analysts anticipate continued power sales growth as the Talwandi Sabo plant ramps up output, but caution that fuel price volatility could temper margins.
