The listing, priced at $71 million, could eclipse Jeff Bezos’ $63 million sale of a Hunts Point mansion last year. Realogics Sotheby’s broker Jay Kipp told the Wall Street Journal that the asking price “would set a new Pacific Northwest record if it closes.”
Clark plans to retire from Áegis Living this year and move to Arizona, citing a desire for a sunnier climate. The couple’s Santa Barbara beachfront home is also on the market for $44.999 million.
Potential buyers will get turnkey interiors, two private docks, and a curated Italian aesthetic. The sale is expected to close by the end of the summer if financing and inspections proceed smoothly.
