Times Now announced that it will host the 2026 edition of the Amazing Indians Awards on September 30 in New Delhi, a ceremony that will celebrate individuals whose work exemplifies compassion, dedication and self‑less service across India.
The awards will feature 20 nominees drawn from disability rights, education, and environmental sustainability, areas that have seen significant grassroots impact in recent years.
Karthikeyan Ganesan of the Srishti Foundation, a 43‑year‑old psychologist with 26 years of experience, leads an initiative that has provided inclusive support to underserved communities in Tamil Nadu.
Abhijeet Anand Pokharnikar, a 27‑year‑old BBA‑CA graduate, founded the Dada Chi Shala Educational Trust in Pune, using his legal and business background to expand learning opportunities for children in rural Maharashtra.
The ceremony will be televised live, and the winners will be announced at the end of the program, with Times Now pledging to document and promote their stories beyond social media.
