Wealth Company Alternates says its portfolio firms are moving toward IPOs, creating an exit pipeline of over ₹1,000 crore.
The five companies—Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Ltd, MKC Agro Fresh Ltd, Vardhman Appliances Ltd, Hi-Tech Flow Solutions Ltd, and BGauss Auto Pvt Ltd—have filed or are preparing draft offer documents, according to the October 9 statement.
Zetwerk, the largest holding, stands out as a key asset; MKC Agro Fresh, Vardhman Appliances and Hi-Tech Flow Solutions have already filed draft offer documents, while BGauss Auto is set to file a draft red herring prospectus.
The firm has not disclosed individual investment values, the timing of the proposed IPOs, or a breakup of the estimated pipeline, leaving the precise exit value opaque.
Over the past three years, Wealth Company Alternates has made more than 25 investments, including stakes in Amnex Infotechnologies, Big Mishra, and Haldiram Bhujiawala, underscoring its broad exposure.
With IPOs offering exits for alternative investment funds, actual proceeds will hinge on stake size, offer price, and market conditions; no pricing or timelines have been released yet.
