Man Infraconstruction shares on the NSE climbed 1.5% to close at ₹?? after announcing a 9% YoY jump in net profit to ₹65.2 crore, up from ₹60 crore a year earlier.
Revenue exploded 57.2% to ₹266 crore from ₹169 crore, pushing EBITDA to ₹80.6 crore—an increase of 41.4%—yet the margin slid from 33.7% to 30.3%.
The real‑estate arm drove most of the top‑line surge, pulling in ₹203.21 crore against ₹106.87 crore a year before, while the engineering, procurement and construction segment held revenue steady at ₹62.98 crore but doubled its segment result to ₹28.58 crore.
Man Infraconstruction flagged an 65‑70% sell‑through on ongoing projects, slated for near‑completion within the next 6‑15 months, and said the pipeline—Tardeo 2.0, Marine Lines, Berkeley House—could unlock over ₹9,500 crore of gross development value. The company also released a ₹169 crore open‑market buyback, 75.2% of which is already in play, and highlighted a revenue‑sharing tie‑up with Godrej Properties that has already recouped more than ₹300 crore.
Analysts view the narrowing margin with caution but note the robust pre‑sale target of ₹5,000 crore across FY27 and FY28 as a bullish sign for future cash flows.
