In parallel, Mahindra Lifespace unveiled the Mahindra Rivenza project – a 13.46‑acre development with a ₹3,500‑crore Gross Development Value, comprising 1,236 units and 2.65 lakh+ square feet of amenities.
The project is pre‑certified Gold by the IGBC and aims to be Net‑Zero Waste, positioning the firm ahead of the green‑building trend in India.
