In September 2026, Oben Electric logged 1,417 registrations for its Rorr Evo, topping the Vahan dashboard’s electric motorcycle list.
That figure eclipses Revolt Intellicorp’s 1,027 units by 390, and Ultraviolette Automotive’s 536, giving Oben a 46.2% slice of the 3,066 motorcycles registered by the five brands.
Across the broader electric two‑wheeler market that counts scooters too, Oben sits 11th out of 25, accounting for about 0.7% of the 205,951 units registered that month. TVS Motor and Bajaj Auto alone hauled 53,990 and 48,383, respectively, showing how far Oben still has to grow against the leaders.
Behind the numbers is Oben’s Bengaluru plant, which churned out its 10,000th Rorr Evo this month and can crank out 100,000 bikes a year. September’s 1,417 sales represent roughly 17% of the plant’s average monthly output, or around 8,300 bikes, hinting at room to scale as demand ramps up.
For the buyer, that scale translates into a growing network of 150+ showrooms and service centres spanning 90+ cities in 18 states, making it easier to test drive, buy, and maintain the Rorr Evo without traveling far. The expanded footprint also suggests quicker access to spare parts and support, a key factor for owners wary of after‑sales gaps.
With the plant still under‑utilised, Oben is likely to push more variants and improve battery ranges in the coming months. Buyers should keep an eye on the next‑generation Rorr Evo, expected to launch later this year with a larger battery pack and competitive pricing.
