Crude oil imports hit a record 5.6 million barrels per day, with Russia accounting for 36% of the flow while West Asian and Atlantic shipments nudged higher.
Qatar's rebound after the Strait of Hormuz disruptions helped lift imports to 0.4 million tonnes in October—370% more than the 0.1 tonne received in September—and restored its status as the largest supplier, supplying 40–50% of India's LNG.
