AMP’s latest acquisition consists of a cluster of single‑family homes situated on a ridge just east of Marietta, Georgia. The properties sit within a 0.5‑mile radius, allowing members to commute in minutes. One of the houses is currently occupied by the Clover Boyz crew, while the main house serves as the central hub for livestreaming and collaborative editing.
The group originally purchased a 7,000‑square‑foot property in Marietta in 2022, converting it into a multifunctional base for gaming, video production, and community events. That site became the prototype for the new cluster, demonstrating AMP’s commitment to creating shared creative spaces.
Fanum, one of AMP’s co‑founders, told a Twitch livestream that, "We work hard" and that the new homes will provide private rooms for each creator while maintaining proximity for spontaneous collaborations. ImDavisss added that working together as a team had become essential after years of solo content creation.
With 8.23 million YouTube subscribers as of October 30, the expansion is expected to attract additional talent and streamline production workflows. The Hill could become the next flagship locale for AMP’s growing roster, potentially influencing the broader creator economy across the southeastern United States.
