TVS myTVS Service Network closed a $44.1 million Series D round on 5 October 2026, led by Crescent Enterprises.
That cash injection follows a 6% rise in annual revenue to ₹1,908.78 crore in FY25, but the company still posted a ₹181.31 crore net loss and a negative EBITDA of ₹20.04 crore.
For the everyday car owner, the deal means that more vehicles will have access to quality maintenance through a network that already spans over 2,000 service points across the country.
Compared to rivals like NEXUS and M&M, which each operate around 1,200 outlets, TVS’s push could add roughly 500 new centers by 2028, cutting downtime for owners who currently wait days for appointments.
The firm plans to deploy the funds mainly for expanding the myTVS network, bolstering digital booking, and investing in skilled technicians.
Customers can expect the first wave of new centers to open in Tier‑2 cities such as Tirupati and Coimbatore in December, with a full rollout across 20 major metros by early 2029.
Keep an eye on how the refreshed aftersales infrastructure will influence pricing and service quality, especially as more EVs enter the market and demand for battery maintenance rises.
