Dominic Taylor, Uber’s Regional General Manager for APAC, will arrive in New Delhi on October 22 to join the NDTV World Summit 2026.
The summit, themed “A World Between Orders,” will gather policymakers, tech pioneers and business leaders to debate how global economies are shifting.
Taylor will speak at a 12:15 pm session on October 23 titled “Building at Scale: The New Economy of India.” He will join Microsoft India President Puneet Chandok and VFS Global’s Chief Commercial Officer Jiten Vyas.
Since joining Uber in 2014, Taylor has pushed for full regulatory compliance and launched the Pool ride‑matching service in Sydney and Melbourne, cutting wait times by 30 %.
He also spearheaded a partnership with Rakuten in Japan, integrating local payment solutions for drivers and riders.
After the summit, Taylor will brief Uber’s board on scaling opportunities across India’s burgeoning ride‑share market.
