Aether Industries Ltd. (NSE: AETHER) posted Q2 FY27 net profit of ₹68 crore, a 26% jump from ₹54 crore in September 2025, while revenue climbed 24% to ₹347.2 crore from ₹280 crore. Wall Street had priced in ₹65 crore profit and ₹330 crore revenue, so the company beat expectations on both fronts.
The company’s EBITDA surged 25.6% year‑on‑year to ₹110.4 crore, up from ₹88 crore last year, keeping the margin at 31.8% versus 31.4% previously. Analysts had forecast a 30% margin, so Aether’s stability is a positive note.
CEM and CRAMS segments drove the growth, with CEM up 50.03% to ₹115.4 crore and CRAMS up 23.91% to ₹58.9 crore, together accounting for 65.97% of total revenue. LSM contributed 33.35% of sales, a modest 5.2% rise, after the company reallocated lines to higher‑growth CEM.
Despite the earnings beat, Aether's shares slid 1.3% to ₹1,560.50 on Friday, as investors weighed macro risks. The stock, up 74% YTD, faced a 0.6% trading volume dip, according to BSE data.
Aether remains on track to hit its target of 70% combined CEM‑CRAMS revenue by year‑end and will report Q3 FY27 on December 15. The company is also reviewing debt repayment schedules ahead of the 2027 filing.
