Will Smith welcomed 130 wildfire-displaced students to Dodger Stadium on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, turning the iconic ballpark into a science playground.
The third annual Catching Hope Community Clinic—run by Smith’s foundation—offered rotating stations: robotics demos, coding corners, agility courses, and Quick Ball drills, with partners like the Dodgers Training Academy and Discovery Cube.
Each child left with a swag bag that included a signed Will Smith baseball card, a hydration bottle, and a Nike jump rope—hand‑picked to inspire physical and mental stamina.
"It’s humbling to see these kids come here after the Palisades wildfire,” said Smith, his voice steady over the roar of the crowd. The Dodgers’ leadership praised the initiative, noting it aligns with the club’s mission to rebuild and uplift the Marquez school community.
Next up, the Dodgers will face the San Diego Padres on June 1 in a divisional showdown that could set the tone for their championship run.
