Honda is stepping into the electric arena with the 0 Alpha, a midsize SUV that will join a crowded field of Indian EVs.
The 0 Alpha will be offered with two battery options— a 65 kWh pack and a 75 kWh pack— giving buyers the flexibility to choose between a lighter, more nimble setup and a heavier, higher‑capacity one.
Standard equipment will include a three‑spoke steering wheel, a large touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster, and a mix of touch‑based and physical controls.
Price‑wise, Honda is looking to slot the 0 Alpha between ₹17 lakh and ₹25 lakh ex‑showroom, positioning it against the Tata Sierra, Mahindra BE 6, and Hyundai Creta Electric.
The launch is slated for December 2, 2026, with initial deliveries expected in key metros such as Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, giving consumers a chance to test drive the vehicle before it rolls out nationwide.
