DoorDash announced Tuesday it will open a new global technology hub in Hyderabad that will create 3,000 jobs over the next two years.
The 500‑person support center will be DoorDash’s third global service hub, following locations in Tempe, Arizona, and Mexico City, and will focus on customer‑support, general, and administrative functions.
The Telangana state government said the move will bolster the city’s status as a global capability‑centre hub, which already hosts more than 2,100 centers that employ 2.36 million people and generate nearly $100 billion in revenue, according to a 2026 NASSCOM‑Zinnov report.
DoorDash’s Hyderabad office follows its Pune tech hub that was formed after acquiring robotics startup Chowbotics in 2021, and the company plans to begin hiring immediately to fill the new positions.
