The film, a forest‑laden fantasy starring Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia, was supposed to hit screens in May but has been pushed to September 25 after a string of production hiccups.
If Vaish’s claims hold, the soundtrack team could face a costly scramble to replace the track, and the promotional push—already tepid—might stall on legal liability.
Vaish has urged the crew to contact him directly and provide proof of any license—while hinting that his legal squad is ready to intervene if the song remains in the trailer or film.
