
Consolidated revenue climbed 17.8% to ₹19,644 crore, a ₹1,968 crore jump over the same period last year.
Operating margin slipped to 7.0% from 7.3% YoY, narrowing the 0.3 percentage point gap that had widened the previous quarter.
On a standalone basis, EBITDA rose 15% to ₹1,394 crore, while net profit increased 7.6% to ₹803.5 crore, reflecting the company’s focus on cost discipline.
The chain added 15 new stores in Q2, bringing the total to 518, with 18 added in the first half, signalling aggressive expansion.
CEO Anshul Asawa said older stores grew 9.5% in Q2 vs 6.8% YoY, underscoring the strength of the pricing proposition amid inflation.
Analysts now forecast a 6% margin lift in FY27, but caution that wage inflation could temper growth; the stock closed 1.9% lower at ₹3,516.80.
