Tiger Shroff was shot at by gunfire from a motorcycle on Juhu Road on 18 October, but escaped unscathed. The attack unfolded as the star’s BMW pulled into the main road after a football match at Juhu Beach.
Police reports say five to six rounds were fired before the assailants fled. Shroff’s driver, Firdous Baloch, sustained blood‑stained injuries and was rushed to a hospital by the actor himself.
Vlogger Salma Sheikh, who was filming outside the car, recalled the moment the gunshots rang. "We were shouting to him, but he didn’t come out," she told Times Now Digital. The incident catapulted her Instagram following from about 2,000 to nearly 10,000 in a single day.
Another content creator, Kishan Rajbhar, was standing beside the vehicle when the firing started. He suffered a head wound from shattered glass and later handed in a 20‑hour statement at Juhu Police Station. Rajbhar, a daily‑wage labourer from Jaunpur, described his fear that his family might also become targets.
Mumbai Police have made at least ten arrests, including suspects captured in Rajasthan and Haryana. The investigation is ongoing, with authorities still tracking the two men who fled on a motorcycle.
The shooting has already disrupted the All Stars Football Club’s Sunday matches at Jamnabai Narsee School, which have been suspended until security is tightened. Shroff’s own video, posted hours later, shows marks on his arms and back, captioned "God is kind."
