NEWPAR In 2011, a director threatened the buyer with a Rs 20 lakh demand and said the case would be withdrawn if the money was paid; an FIR was lodged. NEWPAR The buyer filed a complaint in 2012, which the court dismissed in 2017. The case was sent to the National Commission in 2019 and remanded to the state commission.
