The three cadres have operated under aliases across southern West Bengal—Jhargram, Bankura, Purulia and Paschim Medinipur—and the East Singhbhum region of Jharkhand.
Police officials said the leaders are named in more than 80 serious criminal cases, ranging from murder to violations of the Arms Act and explosives laws.
The surrender follows the state's surrender‑cum‑rehabilitation scheme, which has been in force since 2011 after the Trinamool Congress took office.
Earlier this month, Jharkhand Police arrested a Maoist leader on August 4, a setback to the insurgent network in the region.
ADG Anand Kumar told reporters that the three leaders would be processed under the policy, with further legal steps pending.
The development is part of a coordinated effort by the West Zone Police and central forces to locate weapons caches and dismantle underground Maoist cells, with the next stage involving filing charges and initiating rehabilitation.
